Welcome to “Sauterelle”

Our concern for respect for the environment and increasing quality led us to examine different ways of working the soil. This year, we welcomed Comtois breed horses to carry out different types of ploughing work.

Richard Sabde ploughs with his mare Sauterelle. This work requires a lot of energy and sensitivity to animals, but allows us to preserve our biodynamically cultivated land, which has obviously had an impact on the quality of the wines.
